DOCUMENTS TO SEND FOR US TO REVIEW
If you are calling for help with Parole or related issues, please send a PDF of these documents from the Superior Court Clerk’s Office:
1. The Indictment or Accusation (the list of charges)
2. The Sentencing Order/Final Disposition (the final outcome of the case)
3. If a probation revocation is involved, a copy of the revocation petition (formal request to revoke probation for violating conditions of probation) and order (final outcome of the revocation hearing)
If you are calling about any other post-conviction help (Termination of probation or parole, Retroactive first offender, Sentence modification, etc), please send:
1. The Indictment or Accusation (the list of charges)
2. The Sentencing Order/Final Disposition (the final outcome of the case)
3. Any Documents from the Parole Board
If you are calling about a new arrest or pending criminal case, please send:
1. A copy of the police report
2. A copy of any bond paperwork
3. A copy of any court documents and court dates
You can fax the documents to Holly at 404-378-3561 or email them in PDF format to Contact@parolegoddess.com. We cannot accept photographs of court documents. If you do not have the documents, please contact the clerk's office at the County Courthouse to obtain the paperwork.
